1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 65ji. 7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE 65JI PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 65ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 65ji SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 65ji's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 65ji account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance (after satisfaction of all wagering requirements and obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

8.2 Termination by 65ji

65ji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity on your account.
• You fail to provide requested identification or verification documents.
• We determine that continuing your account poses a risk to 65ji or other users.

Upon termination, all bonuses, pending bets, and promotional offers will be immediately voided. 65ji will return your account balance (excluding voided bonuses and winnings from prohibited activities) after deducting any amounts owed to us.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
